Delete your account
Last updated: 30 August 2026
This page applies to the applications published by App314 (Imre
Pechy, Bergstrasse 11, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland).
How to ask
-
Send an email to
privacy@app314.com
from the email address you sign in with. That is how we know the
request is yours.
- Write that you want your account deleted, and name the application you use.
-
We reply to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days. If
anything below means part of the data has to stay, we say so in that reply rather
than leaving you to find out.
If you no longer have access to that email address, write from any address and say so
— we will ask your company to confirm who you are instead.
What is deleted
- Your account: the sign-in itself, your name, email address and any nickname you set.
- Your membership of every company you belong to, and the role and status attached to it.
- Any photographs you took that are not attached to a company’s own records.
What is kept, and why
Our applications are used on behalf of a company, and some of what
you create belongs to that company rather than to you.
-
The entries you made in a company — records of work that
actually happened, stored with your name and the time. These are the company’s
business records and stay with the company. They are not deleted on your request,
and your name stays attached: a record of who did what is worth nothing if it can be
detached from the person afterwards.
-
Security records (sign-ins, IP addresses) are kept for
12 months from the event, then deleted automatically.
-
If you were removed from a company for cause, we keep one
irreversible fingerprint of your email address — not the
address itself — so the removal cannot be undone by registering again. Nothing
else about you is retained. This applies only to removals for cause, never to
someone who simply left a job.
If your company stops using the service
When a company’s subscription ends, its data is kept for 90 days
so that resubscribing restores everything untouched, and is then deleted. Before that
deletion every report the company has is generated and emailed to its administrators,
so nothing is lost without warning.
